Our boats are moored in Lymington and Mudeford, giving us direct access to some of the best fishing grounds. We use traditional, small-scale methods that are kinder to the sea and reduce bycatch.

Each catch is iced straight away, landed locally, and brought straight to the shop - meaning low miles, no middlemen, and unbeatable freshness.

Our catch changes with the seasons. From firm favourites like Cod, Plaice, and Dover Sole, to seasonal specialities like Brill, Turbot, and Red Mullet - we work with nature to bring you the very best of what’s available.
