Russell's story 

From a young angler to Highcliffe's esteemed fishmonger.

The ocean has been my passion since the age of 16. What started as local fishing competitions - and even features in UK angling magazines - quickly evolved into a thriving career as a commercial fisherman.

In 2010, I founded Russell's Plaice to provide local families with the quality seafood I have always desired for my personal table - fresh, locally sourced, and caught with precision. Each fish we offer has its own tale, and I'm delighted to share it with you.

Behind each catch is a small, passionate team - delivering the bounty of the sea directly to Highcliffe.
